Most planners start with a spreadsheet. We start with a feeling. Every Galaferon event begins with a single emotional brief—the atmosphere you want your guests to carry home. From there, we build the guest list, the space, the rhythm, and the details that make the evening unmistakably yours.
That means we obsess over the things guests don't consciously notice: the weight of a menu, the angle of a spotlight, the pause between courses. Because when every detail is deliberate, the whole evening feels effortless.

The Concept
Within ten days, we present a creative concept: a moodboard, a narrative arc for the evening, and a preliminary budget. This is where the event gets its personality.
The Design
Once the concept is approved, we move into detailed design: venue styling, entertainment, catering, lighting, and every tangible element. You receive a full production schedule and a single point of contact.
The Rehearsal
We walk the space, test the flow, and rehearse the key moments. Nothing is left to chance. You receive a minute-by-minute run of show for your approval.
The Evening
On the day, our team is on-site from first arrival to final departure, managing every detail so you can be a guest at your own event.

A private salon, reimagined.
For a client's 40th birthday, we transformed a raw warehouse space near Garrett Street into a candlelit salon for 60 guests. The brief was simple: 'Make it feel like a secret worth keeping.'
We built the evening around a slow reveal: guests entered through a velvet curtain into a lounge of low tables and amber light. A live jazz trio played as champagne was poured. Later, the space shifted—tables were cleared, and a hidden stage emerged for a surprise performance.
The result was an evening that felt both intimate and theatrical. Guests stayed until the final note, and the client called it 'the best night of my life.'
